Physiotherapist – Community & Private Practice Location: Western Suburbs of Melbourne Employment Type: Contract / Versatile
We are seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Physiotherapist to join a growing practice offering personalised physiotherapy and rehabilitation services across clinic and community settings.
About the Role Provide evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and treatment.
Develop personalised rehabilitation and exercise programs.
Support clients across a range of conditions and age groups.
Provide community and home-based services where required.
Work with clients across areas including musculoskeletal rehabilitation, aged care, chronic pain, NDIS and general rehabilitation .
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.
About




You AHPRA General Registration as a Physiotherapist.
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
Experience in MSK, rehabilitation, community or aged care is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Passionate about delivering personalised, patient-centred care.
Full Australian working rights preferred.
