Job Description
Minor Hotels is recruiting an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Supervisor for Oaks Port Douglas Resort.
This hands-on leadership role supports dinner service, conferences, weddings and events, while building a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will supervise service, mentor staff, ensure RSA compliance, and manage rostering, stock, and hygiene across operations.
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
