6+ years of experience in developing and supporting high performance and highly scalable enterprise applications using Enterprise Content Management (ECM) tools in an agile workplace.
n
Extensive hands-on experience with the OpenText Content Site platform and Capture Solutions (OpenText Capture Center/Intelligent capture preferred )
n
OpenText content suite Certification Is plus.
n
4+ years of experience with Document Management tools like OpenText Content Server (OTCS), Archive Center (OTAS)
n
4+ years of experience in implementing full stack cloud applications, Java, Nodejs, AWS and microservices around document/content services platform.
n
2+ years of experience with record management business processes.
n
Demonstrated experience in implementing Enterprise Records Management solutions using Document Management tools.
n

Drives technical priorities and owns delivery and support responsibility for one or more product or platform teams

Oversees agile development activities for a product or platform and leads the development of key mechanisms that support agile delivery
n
Collaborates between interdependent groups to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and cross-team dependencies

May sometimes provide hands-on assistance with exceptionally complex technical solutions, operating as a senior engineer
n
Engages with other technical stakeholders (operations, enterprise architecture, etc.) as necessary to manage technical requirements; facilitates estimation of costs and effort of work items
n
Ensure the engineering and technical considerations are accounted for in team rituals
n
Ensures that the delivery team commits to achievable and realistic goals and includes the entire team in the estimation / planning process to obtain diverse perspectives
n
Leads the technical design of the products or platforms and ensures that the prescribed architecture, security, development best practices, and agile best practices are adhered to
