2nd, 3rd, 4th year Electrical Apprentices
We're looking for a motivated, reliable and switched-on 2nd, 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentice to join our growing residential electrical team in Melbourne.
You'll gain experience across a variety of residential electrical projects, working alongside experienced electricians to understand how to complete jobs efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience across residential electrical installations including new homes, renovations, extensions and alterations
Assist with lighting installations, LED upgrades and switching
Work on power points, circuits and general electrical fit-offs
Contribute to switchboards, circuit protection and electrical upgrades
Perform cable runs, rough-ins and final fit-offs
Participate in fault-finding and troubleshooting as your skills develop
Undertake testing, compliance and quality-control procedures
Communicate professionally with the team, builders and customers
Maintain safety standards, neat workmanship and organised job sites
About you
Currently undertaking an electrical apprenticeship (2nd, 3rd or 4th year)
Hold a current driver's licence and can travel to residential job sites around Melbourne
Have a genuine interest in residential electrical work
Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn




Turn up on time and take responsibility for your work
Take pride in doing things properly rather than cutting corners
Listen to instructions, ask questions and apply feedback
Care about safety, neat workmanship and keeping jobs organised
Previous residential experience is an advantage, particularly for later-year apprentices
