Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Managing the commercial performance and profitability of assigned product categories.
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with growers, suppliers, and key customers.
n
Negotiating pricing, supply agreements, and other commercial arrangements.
n
Identifying and implementing opportunities to drive category growth and improve margins.
n
Monitoring market trends, availability, and pricing to support informed decision-making.
n
Supporting forecasting, procurement, and supply planning activities.
n




Collaborating with Quality and Operations teams to ensure product and service standards are maintained.
n
Analysing category performance and providing insights and recommendations to support business objectives.

Skills And Experiences
n

About You
n You're an experienced fresh produce professional who combines strong commercial acumen with exceptional relationship-building skills.
n
We're Looking For:
n
n
5+ years' experience in a successful Sales Representative, Account Management, Category Management or leadership role within the fresh produce industry
n
Strong commercial, negotiation, and business development skills
n
Solid understanding of fresh produce seasonality and supply chain requirements
n
Experience managing grower, supplier, and customer relationships
n
Ability to analyse performance data and turn insights into action
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Agriculture or a related discipline (highly regarded).
