As our organization continues to grow, we need a dedicated HR Advisor to join our team and ensure our workforce thrives. You will play a crucial role in shaping a positive workplace culture, driving HR initiatives, and supporting our mission of delivering exceptional services to our clients.

The Role
n
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage a variety of human resource functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant legislation. This role requires a proactive and people-focused individual who can provide strategic HR guidance and operational support.
n
Key Accountabilities
n
• Provide advice and support on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workplace policies.
n
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
n
• Manage recruitment processes, including job advertisements, interviews, and selection.
n
• Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
n
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and NDIS standards.
n




• Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
n
• Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as needed.
n
• Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
n
Skills and Experience
n
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a human resources role.
n
• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field.
n
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, Fair works, SCHADS Award and compliance requirements.
n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
n
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
n
• Experience in the disability services sector or NDIS framework (desirable but not essential).
n
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
n
