To ensure a high standard of Beverage service focused on Coffee and Tea and other alcoholic products as per the company's standards in order to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and organisational profitability, in an atmosphere of high team member morale.
Key responsibilities n

Show consideration to all guests whilst being mindful of their individual circumstances and requirements

Ensure that key service standards in the outlet is adhered to

Monitor
equipment/machinery
; daily coffee weigh in, maintain cleaning schedule

Present facilities in the best way possible at all times, whilst committing to the highest standards of personal presentation so that we appear professional, attentive and confident

Take responsibility and always act with a sense of urgency
n
Prioritise safety of team members and guests at all times
About you n
Attend on-the-job, vocational and behavioural training regularly to enhance skills in own and related areas and to develop multifunctionality
n
Passionate about serving exceptional coffee
n
Attend and learn food & beverage operation via on-the-job
n
Attend food and beverage product knowledge training regularly
