Responsibilities n
n
Manage inbound function and event enquiries via phone and email.
n
Prepare proposals, quotations, booking agreements and event documentation.
n
Coordinate bookings from enquiry through to handover with venue operations.
n
Build strong relationships with corporate and social clients.
n
Conduct venue inspections and promote our event spaces.
n
Upsell function packages and venue offerings to maximise sales opportunities.
n
Maintain accurate booking records and client information.
n
Liaise with venue teams to ensure all event details are communicated accurately.
n
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
n
Assist with venue administration and contribute to continuous process improvements.
n
Requirements n
n
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a hospitality environment
n
Minimum 1 year of administration experience
n
Minimum 1 year of functions or events coordination experience
n
Previous experience in customer service
n




Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
n
A proactive, sales-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment
n
Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking or reservation systems
n
A positive attitude, initiative and a genuine passion for hospitality
