our Branch Manager performs a highly valued and critical role, leading a team of customer and service professionals to safely deliver outstanding service to our customers.
n
You will be successful in this role because you relate well to people, can motivate, mentor and develop your team to be its best, operate cohesively as a team and care deeply about the service delivered to Coates' customers.
You will enjoy a variety in your role including:n
Lead branch operations encompassing customer service, workshop, transport, and asset management functions.

Managed employee performance, recruitment, coaching, and development.
n
Delivered branch performance against revenue, profitability, safety, utilisation, and customer retention targets.
n
Built strong customer relationships and developed current business opportunities.
n
Managed fleet availability and utilisation to meet market demand.
n
n
Maintained compliance with operational, safety, and audit requirements.
n
n
Manage branch P&L;'s and KPI's around fleet availability, fleet utilisation and customer loyalty.
n

What you'll bring to the rolen

Sales and operational management experience
n
Previous team leadership experience and developing a 'One Team' cohesive mindset
n
A track record of delivering on KPIs
n
Demonstrated commercial acumen
n
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Strong computer literacy, including customer databases and Microsoft Office Suite
n
