About the Role: n
As Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll report directly to the Credit Manager and play a key role in supporting the accounts receivable function. This role offers on-the-job training to ensure your success, with genuine opportunities for progression and development within the business.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions
n




Managing credit limits and stop supply processes
n
Identifying and entering EFT's, deposits, and credit card payments
n
Assisting with credit application reviews to help minimise credit risk
n
Ensuring compliance with credit policies and procedures
n
Performing daily banking and general administrative duties
n
What We're Looking For: n
n
Experience and understanding of accounts receivable functions
n
Robust attention to detail and high accuracy
n
Confident communicator with solid written and verbal skills
n
A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to learn
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
n
Desirable: n
Experience in the construction or a manufacturing industry will be highly regarded.
