About the Urgent Care Registered Nurse role
n
This role is ideal for Division 1 RNs confident in acute care who value delivering timely, high-quality care. As an Urgent Care RN, you'll work alongside experienced GPs to triage, assess, treat and refer patients, while supporting the smooth running of the clinic. Your Community Health – 42 Separation St, Northcote

Hours:
7 days a week, 8am-10pm | AM & PM shifts available

Your Passion and Commitment will see you:

Deliver high-quality urgent care
n
Triage all patients alongside GPs
n
Assess and monitor patient health
n
Escalate and refer patients as needed
n
Collaborate with team to maintain smooth patient flow
n
n
To succeed in this role you will have:
n
n
Current or recent urgent care experience required
n
AHPRA-registered Division 1 RN with full, unrestricted registration
n
Thrive in fast-paced settings while keeping composure
n
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
n
Relate effectively to people from diverse backgrounds
n
n
