An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced
Legal Assistant
to join a well-regarded
Compensation
practice group, working on defendant
Workers' Compensation
matters.

In this fast-paced and highly engaging role you'll support your own dedicated lawyers and play a key role in keeping matters moving efficiently and proactively.
The Role n
Working closely with 2–3 fee earners, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
End-to-end file management on defendant PI/Workers Comp matters
n
Preparing and filing court documents and affidavits
n
Online court filing and monitoring key deadlines
n
Preparing briefs for Counsel
n
Diary, court date and meeting coordination
n
Supporting lawyers ahead of hearings and appearances
n
About You n
This role will suit someone who:
n
n
Has experience supporting in
litigation,



insurance and/or Personal Injury
n
Is highly organised, proactive and deadline-driven
n
Can confidently manage a busy workload in a rapid-paced environment
n
Understands the importance of urgency, prioritisation and accuracy
n
Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
n
n
Candidates from
