Our client is an established law firm group with multiple offices across Sydney's south-west and beyond, built through the merger of several long-standing local practices over more than a century. They are looking for an experienced Family Lawyer to manage their own caseload of parenting and property matters from start to finish, based in Campbelltown.

About the role: n
n




Managing your own caseload of parenting and property matters from initial instructions through to resolution
n
Working independently, while drawing on a network of Principal lawyers when you want a second view
n
Liaising directly with clients, opposing solicitors and the Court
n
Optional exposure to estate matters if you are keen to diversify
n
What you'll bring: n
n
3+ years' PAE in family law, with genuine experience running files independently
n
A current unrestricted NSW practising certificate
n
Robust working knowledge of parenting and property law
n
Confidence managing a caseload without day-to-day supervision
n
Based in, or able to commute to, Campbelltown
n
