An opportunity has arisen at AANDI Lawyers for a proactive paralegal in our civil litigation practice.

The successful candidate will work alongside our friendly team of legal professionals based in our Hawthorn office.
n
Ideally, you will have the following skills and attributes:
n
n
Excellent communication and administration skills, both written and verbal;
n
Solid time management, problem-solving and organisational skills in a role that follows well-defined processes;
n
Ability and experience meeting KPIs, deadlines and possess an understanding of the importance of meeting both the client's needs.
n
Contribute positively to the team goals and culture;
n
Basic understanding of the law of negligence and Victorian road rules;
n
Must be able to use initiative and critical thinking; and
n
Previous experience in negligence property damage matters is advantageous but not essential.
n
n
This role is ideal for an entry-level applicant in their first or second year in the legal industry.
