Responsibilities n

Assist with preparation and submittal of audit reports and performance data to management
n
n
Assist with the resolution process of any non-compliance issues/non-conformities discovered during audits
n
n
Assist with ensuring that all GWS procedures are well maintained, up to date and acknowledged by appropriate stakeholders
n
n
Assist with development and implementation of ISO procedures and documentation
n
n
Participate in risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance
n
n
Complete regular inspections to ensure audit readiness
n
n
Actively participate in audits and inspections
n
n
Ensure department-wide understanding and adherence to regulatory, legal and ISO standards
n
n
Train and support organization on ISO requirements and changes
n
n
Monitor and report on the performance of proper use of IWMS by GWS, ensuring system is being used and processes are followed
n
n
Acts as subject matter expert for the team for audit related requests and questions
n
n




Provide options on how best to facilitate improvements and current processes within GWS to ensure audit readiness and compliance
n
n
n
nRequirements n
n
n
n
7+ years of experience in Facilities operations or a related field
n
n
7+ years of experience in audit process
n
n
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent job experience) required
n
n
Experience with training using adult learning principles, concepts and development
n
n
Project management experience a plus
n
n
ISO auditor certification is a plus
n
n
Verbally fluent in English and Korean; written fluent in English and Korean
n
n
Comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
n
n
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
n
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
n
Extensive knowledge of ISO standards and regulations
n
n
Experience with audits and understanding of the audit process
n
n
Excellent training skills
n
n
Proven experience in operations
n
n
