Superstar Childcare Traineeship | Learn, Earn & Grow
No experience in childcare? That's completely fine!
n
Maybe you've just finished school, you're looking for a career change, or you've always thought about working with children but haven't known where to start.
n
Whatever your background, we'd love to hear from you!
n
At
QCE Child Care
, we're looking for our next superstar to join our team in Mittagong and kick-start their career in early childhood education.
n
And the best part?
You don't need any childcare experience or qualifications to get started.
n
We're looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in working with children. We'll provide the training, mentoring and support to help you become a confident and qualified educator.
So, what's the job actually like? n
You'll be working alongside our experienced educators, getting involved in all the little (and big!) moments that make working in childcare so rewarding.
n
One minute you might be helping with a painting activity, the next you're reading stories, playing outside, supporting daily routines or celebrating a child's latest achievement.
n
No two days are quite the same, and there's definitely never a dull moment!
n
Along the way, you'll be completing your
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
, gaining practical experience while earning an income.
n
You'll be involved in things like:
n
n
n
Supporting children's learning through play and everyday experiences.
n
n
Helping with activities, creative experiences and outdoor play.
n
n
Building positive relationships with children, families and fellow educators.
n
n
Assisting with daily routines, including meals, rest times and supervision.
n
n
Learning how to create safe,
engaging and welcoming environments.
n
n
Developing your skills and knowledge as you work towards your qualification.
n

Why join the QCE team? n
