This is hands‐on, customer‐facing position will see you as first point of contact for customers, where you will play a key role in creating a positive experience, assisting with enquiries whilst sourcing products to meet their needs.

Welcoming and assisting
customers
on the showroom floor

Providing product advice and building strong customer relationships

Handling phone and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner
n
Supporting customers from initial enquiry through to order placement
n
Maintaining a clean, well‐presented, and fully stocked showroom
n
Processing customer payments and finalising sales
n
Assisting with end‐of‐day procedures including secure lock‐up
n
