Upmarket & Modern Dental Clinic focusing on Complex Treatments, Sedation Dentistry and Exceptional Service

Accessible and Central Location - Close to trams and Jolimont train station

Dental knowledge experience preferred but not necessary, training pathway provided

Full Time Role - Monday to Friday - no weekends

We are seeking a

to join our team as a receptionist in

close to Melbourne CBD and public transport.
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE: n
In addition to being the pleasant first point of contact and face of the practice, you will be involved in daily administrative responsibilities which are integral to the smooth running of the practice (managing new patient leads, appointment making, taking payments, calendar management). You will become a familiar face to our friendly and loyal patients of whom you will interact with on a daily basis.

You will be joining a young and dynamic team who are passionate about providing premium dental care services!




n
Although preferable, dental experience is not required. However, a robust background in
customer service
is necessary. Along with experienced receptionists, we encourage applicants with previous experience in
hospitality
or
customer facing roles
. All dental specific training and support will be provided on the job for the right candidate to excel in this position.
