Our client is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Senior Technical
Consultant/Developer
who specialises in developing and maintaining custom solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform.
n
n
This is initially a 6-month assignment, with the possibility of at least one 6-month extension and will be based in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, with hybrid working possible.

At least Australian Permanent Residence working rights,
n
n
At least 7+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
n

nBackground n
n
Our client has implemented the Dynamics 365 platform and supported by the broader Microsoft Power Platform.
n
n
The successful candidate will be a key member of the APAC Microsoft Applications team and help continue to unlock the advantages of the Dynamics 365 technology suite, with a particular focus on D365 CE and the integration between it and Finance & Operations.
n
nEssential skills required n
n
n
n
7+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
n
n
A strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform and the broader Microsoft Power Platform.
n
n
Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate.
n
n
Mandatory experience designing and delivering Power Pages portals.
n
n
Proven experience configuring Dataverse, including security and access controls.
n




n
Demonstrated experience delivering solutions using Dynamics 365 Field Service.
n
n
Hands-on experience with Dual-write - configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting data synchronisation between CE and Finance & Operations.
n
n
Experience with programming languages such as X , C#, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
n
n
Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
n
n
Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.
n
n
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
n
n
Consulting experience, including solution architecture, technical design, and stakeholder engagement across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors or partners.
n
n
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently on complex initiatives.
n
n
Able to manage multiple priorities within a large, enterprise environment.
n
n
n
nHighly desirable skills n
n
n
n
Azure integration experience, including Azure Functions and Application Insights.
n
n
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
n
n
Familiarity with enterprise governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
n
n
