Full-Time Duty Manager Barista Casual Maintenance / Boots

Full-Time Duty Manager n
A hands-on leadership role supporting daily operations and delivering great service across our restaurant, bistro, bar and function spaces.
n
What you'll be doing:
n
n
Leading shifts and supporting the team through busy services
n
Handling guest enquiries and feedback with confidence and care
n
Overseeing opening, closing, cash handling and venue presentation
n
Maintaining responsible service, safety and compliance standards
n
Working closely with the management team to keep operations running smoothly
n
n
What you'll bring:
n
n
Previous hospitality leadership or supervisory experience
n
Strong communication skills and a calm, practical approach
n
A positive attitude and confidence leading by example
n
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
n
Responsible person badge highly regarded
n
Availability across the week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
n
Barista n
Bring your coffee skills and friendly personality to a role focused on great coffee and welcoming service.
n




What you'll be doing:
n
n
Preparing consistently great coffee and other beverages
n
Welcoming guests, taking orders and processing payments
n
Keeping the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked
n
Cleaning and maintaining coffee equipment
n
Supporting the wider food and beverage team as needed
n
n
What you'll bring:
n
n
Previous barista experience and confidence using a commercial coffee machine
n
An eye for quality and presentation
n
The ability to work efficiently during busy periods
n
A friendly attitude and a love of looking after people
n
Flexible availability across the week, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays.
n
Casual Maintenance / Boots n
An early-start, hands-on role helping keep The Lion clean, well presented and ready to welcome guests.
Shifts start at 5:30 am.

What you'll be doing:
n
n
Completing morning cleaning and preparing the venue for opening
n
Maintaining indoor and outdoor presentation
n
Assisting with general upkeep and minor maintenance within your skills
n
Managing rubbish and recycling
n
Setting up furniture and reporting maintenance issues
n
n




What you'll bring:

Reliability, punctuality and availability for
5:30 am starts
n
A practical approach and strong attention to detail
n
Confidence working independently and taking initiative
n
Comfort with physical tasks
n
Availability across the week, including weekends and public holidays
n
Cleaning or maintenance experience is an advantage
n
