Warehouse -Team Member - Cranbourne West n
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Team Members to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.
n
These are casual positions working Monday to Saturday, with the potential for ongoing employment for the right candidates. Applicants must be available to work between 6am and 6pm.
n
About the Role
n
This is a physically demanding, hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a quick-moving warehouse environment. You will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders using RF scanning technology while maintaining high standards of productivity, accuracy, and safety.
n
Wrapping, strapping and consolidating pallets for outbound despatch.
n
This role would ideally suit someone with previous warehouse or distribution centre experience who is familiar with high-velocity order fulfilment and working to daily performance targets.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Picking and packing customer orders using RF scanners.
n
Manual handling of products, including repetitive lifting of up to 20kg.
n
Wrapping and preparing pallets for dispatch.
n
Putting away stock and replenishing picking locations.
n




Assisting with container unloading and receipting stock.
n
Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
n
Operating a ride-on sweeper and assisting with general warehouse presentation.
n
Working safely and effectively as part of a team to achieve daily operational targets.
n

About You
n
n
Previous warehouse, distribution centre, or pick-pack experience preferred.
n
Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual handling tasks.
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
n
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
n
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining attendance.
n
Forklift Licence and High Reach experience highly desirable.
n
n
