We're seeking a pre-sales solution architect to join the Rmkble team in Melbourne.

In this role, you will be the critical link between our clients' business challenges and Rmkble's technical capabilities, playing a hands-on role in shaping and winning new engagements.

You'll leverage your Melbourne network to open doors and lead pre-sales engagements; from discovery through to proposal. We're looking for someone who combines technical credibility with a commercial mindset — someone who gets energy from both designing solutions and winning business.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Pre-Sales Leadership
: Own the end-to-end pre-sales cycle — discovery workshops, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs), answering deep technical questions and collaborating on solution scoping, proposal development, and executive presentations.
n

n
Solution Design
: Translate client needs into transparent, pragmatic solution architectures across multiple technology domains, with a focus on Data, AI, and Intelligent Automation.
n
n
n
Business Development:
Actively use your established network of Melbourne-based corporate, enterprise, and government contacts to identify and qualify new opportunities.
n
n
n
Client Engagement:
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, presenting solutions with clarity and confidence to both technical teams and C-suite audiences.
n
n
n
Vendor Partnerships:
Cultivate and leverage strategic relationships with key technology vendors, particularly Microsoft and related solution partners.
n

AI & Copilot Studio solutions
: Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Data, AI, and/or Copilot Studio solutions this is your core domain.

Solution Storyteller
: You can turn a complex technical architecture into a compelling business case that lands with a CFO as clearly as it does with a solutions team.
n
n
n
Technical Tinkerer:
You experiment with and keep up to date with the latest Microsoft and broader ICT trends curiosity is your default setting.

n
n
Software Development background:
It gives you credibility in the room and sharper instincts when scoping solutions.
n
n
n
Melbourne Consultancy Experience
: Minimum 3 years working in Melbourne, within an IT digital transformation consultancy, with exposure to the full pre-sales and delivery lifecycle.

n
Networked and Commercially Driven
: You have an active, established network across Melbourne corporate, enterprise, and government organisations, and you know how to use it.
n
n
