IT Support Officer – Level 2 - Full time role for one of clients in Health Care industry n
Our client is looking for Level 2 IT support for 3 months duration and can extend by 1-2 months.
n
Start immidiately
Technology / Skills Required for level 1: n
n
3+ years working as Level 1/2 IT support officer or equivalent client-facing service experience.
n
Demonstrated experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Windows Desktop
n
NAS and SAN administration experience.
n
Extensive experience with LAN/WAN networking including firewalls, VPN, VLANs and WiFi
n
Knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Azure and other cloud vendors
n
Knowledge and working experience with Microsoft Exchange ****, Veeam & Manage Engine
n




Fortinet router/firewalls, Ubiquiti switches and access points
n
Cyber security mitigation, security upgrades etc
n
Configuration Skills experience is a must
n
Also desirable, but not essential, is experience in: n
n
Sophos & Fortinet Firewalls
n
Networking
n
Service desk ticketing system
n
Microsoft Azure
n
IP Telephony
n
PRTG Network Monitoring System (NMS)
n
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
n
Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet, AWS and other relevant vendors will be highly regarded
