About the role n
We have an exciting opportunity for a casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at the Beenleigh RSL & Golf Club in Mount Warren Park. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming and beverage offerings.
What you'll be doing n
Providing friendly and attentive service to our members and guests in the gaming and bar areas
n
Assisting with the operation and maintenance of gaming machines and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
n
Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
n
Taking meals to customers, cleaning tables
n
Handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems accurately
n
Promoting and selling Club membership and other products/services
n
Adhering to all health, safety and responsible service of alcohol policies
What we're looking for n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
n
Good cash handling and point-of-sale system experience
n
A positive, friendly and professional attitude
n
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
