Container Reach Stacker Operators
to join their busy
Hallam
operation.
Available Shifts Morning Shift n

Monday to Friday

4:00am – 2:00pm

Afternoon Shift n

Monday to Friday

2:00pm – Finish

Both positions are offered on a
permanent full-time basis

About the Role n
Operating a late-model
Kalmar 45-tonne Reach Stacker
, you will join a busy and highly professional transport and warehousing operation. Working within a fast-paced container yard environment, you will play a critical role in the secure and efficient movement of containers throughout the site.
n
The primary objective of this role is to safely coordinate container movements throughout the yard, including the loading and unloading of full and empty containers onto inbound and outbound vehicles.
n
You will play a critical role in the success of the operation, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of containers while maintaining a strong focus on productivity, compliance and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities n

Loading and unloading containers from semi-trailers
n
n
Container stacking and yard management
n
n




Conducting daily pre-start inspections
n
n
Following site safety and traffic management procedures
n
n
Completing operational paperwork accurately
n
n
Working closely with transport and warehouse teams
n
n
Maintaining a high standard of safety and compliance at all times
n
Skills & Experience n
To be successful, you will possess:
n

n
Current
Reach Stacker (RS) Licence
n
n
Proven Reach Stacker operating experience
n
n
Strong commitment to workplace safety
n
n
Reliable and punctual work ethic
n
n
Ability to work independently and within a team
n
n
Excellent communication skills
n
n
A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime when required
n
