Role Description
The Sales Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in Caulfield South, VIC, with some flexibility to work from home. This role involves engaging prospective students via phone, email, and online channels to understand their goals and recommend suitable fitness qualifications and career development programs. The Sales Consultant will manage inbound and outbound inquiries, conduct consultations, and guide individuals through the enrollment process while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include following up leads,



providing clear and timely course information, supporting applicants through decision-making, and collaborating with marketing and student support teams to improve conversion and retention. The role also requires meeting sales targets, contributing feedback to enhance the student experience, and representing the Academy professionally at events or information sessions when needed.
Qualifications
Strong sales-focused abilities, including Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to identify learner needs and recommend appropriate courses.
Customer-facing capabilities, such as Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, to deliver a positive and supportive experience for prospective and current students.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain course options and engage a diverse range of learners and partner organizations.
Prior experience in education, training, or fitness-related sales is highly regarded, along with familiarity with CRM or enrollment management systems.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time and priorities, and meet individual and team-based targets.
Relevant qualifications in sales, business, fitness, or a related field are beneficial but not essential if supported by strong experience.
