I'm working with a well-established public practice firm in Brisbane looking for an Intermediate Accountant to join their Business Services team.

This isn't about jumping from one compliance-heavy role into another.

The role n
You will work across a portfolio of business clients, gaining exposure across compliance, tax and advisory.
n
You have the opportunity to:

Prepare financial statements and tax returns
n
Prepare BAS and other compliance work
n
Assist with tax planning and advisory
n
Build and manage client relationships
n
Work directly with Managers and Partners
n
Take on increasing responsibility across your portfolio
n
Develop towards a future Senior Accountant position
n
What you'll bring n
n
2+ years' Australian public practice experience
n
Strong Business Services experience with solid Tax knowledge
n
CA/CPA qualified or currently progressing
n
Experience working across a client portfolio
n
Robust communication and technical accounting skills
n
Motivated to progress towards Senior
n
