Grampians Health is seeking motivated RN Grade 2 Emergency Nurses to join our dedicated Emergency Department team in Horsham. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians in a fast-paced environment where your clinical judgement, autonomy and teamwork truly matter.

About The Role n

Deliver high-quality, patient-centred emergency care across a broad case-mix
n
Work within a 24/7 rotating roster including weekends and nights
n
Apply sound clinical assessment and decision-making skills in acute situations
n
Collaborate within a strong multidisciplinary team
n
Be supported to maintain and advance emergency-specific competencies
n




What We're Looking For You Will Bring n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a division 1 Registered Nurse
n
Minimum 1 year experience in the emergency setting
n
Strong communication, clinical reasoning and time-management skills
n
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment
n
Confidence using clinical information systems and technology
n
