Bloomreach is expanding its APAC Customer Success team and is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager with hands-on ecommerce Search & Merchandising expertise. You will manage strategic relationships, drive value realization through ROI narratives, and partner with Sales to grow accounts in APAC.
This role requires a proactive, hands-on skilled who can operate autonomously within a lean team and deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise customers across APAC.
