We're looking for a highly experienced, creative and motivated
Graphic Designer
to join our fast-growing business in Port Melbourne.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves design, thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take ownership of the creative direction and day-to-day design requirements of a growing company.

You'll be our
go-to Graphic Designer
, working closely with our marketing and content teams to produce engaging, high-quality creative assets across multiple platforms and brands.
n
We're not looking for someone who needs constant supervision. We want a designer who can take a brief, understand the objective, use their initiative and deliver exceptional work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Digital Advertising:
Design high-converting static advertisements for Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Google and other advertising platforms.
n
Social Media Graphics:
Create engaging promotional graphics, announcements, carousels and other visual content for our social channels.
n
Email Marketing:
Design professional, visually appealing promotional emails, banners and campaign graphics.
n
Branding & Merchandise:
Assist with clothing designs, merchandise, promotional products and other branded materials.
n
Print Design:
Create flyers, brochures, posters, signage and other marketing collateral.
n
Campaign Creative:
Work alongside our marketing team to bring new promotional ideas, sales campaigns and product launches to life.
n
Creative Ownership:
Take responsibility for maintaining consistent, high-quality design standards across the business.
n




Multiple Projects:
Manage competing priorities and deliver work within tight deadlines without compromising quality.
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Highly experienced Graphic Designer
with a strong portfolio demonstrating professional commercial work.
n
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant design software.
n
Experience creating static advertisements and marketing creatives that are designed to drive engagement and conversions.
n
Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition and digital marketing.
n
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
n
Someone who can follow clear direction while also applying common sense, creativity and initiative.
n
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce polished, professional designs.
n
Robust communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
n
Ability to take ownership of projects from initial brief through to completion.
n
Comfortable receiving feedback and making adjustments quickly when required.
n

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and genuinely passionate about producing great creative work.
