Walcha Council is seeking a senior leader to transform water, waste and urban services from reactive to strategic, reporting to the Director of Infrastructure & Development. You will lead three coordinators and shape asset management, long‐term refurbishment plans and forward planning.

You will prepare statutory reports and business cases, manage budgets, contracts and tenders, and represent the Council on infrastructure matters with senior leadership and elected members.
