Job Qualifications Experience in influencer marketing, social media, brand partnerships, account management, or a related field, gained within an agency, brand, or client-side environment.
Experience managing social media communities, audience engagement, advocacy programs, or user-generated content (UGC) initiatives is an advantage.
Experience within the beauty, luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods industry is a strong advantage.
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.




Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance, identify insights, and translate them into recommendations.
Highly organised, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Curious, accountable, and passionate about staying ahead of digital, social media, and influencer marketing trends.
Strong content creation and storytelling capabilities, with the ability to develop compelling digital content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
Familiarity with GenAI tools for content creation, image generation, copywriting and creative optimization.
Understanding of platform-specific creative best practices across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Amazon and emerging digital ecosystems.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect creative performance metrics to optimization opportunities.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
