Job Description Room Attendant - Casual You are at the heart of the hotel!
As a Room Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, comfortable and memorable experience for every guest.
With a strong eye for detail and pride in presentation, you'll help maintain the high standards that define our hotel.
This is a hands-on, active role suited to someone who enjoys staying busy, working as part of a supportive team, and making a real impact on the guest experience each day.
As a Heartist, you'll bring genuine care and warmth to your work, helping guests feel relaxed,



valued and at home throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas to a high standard Restock amenities and manage linen efficiently Report maintenance issues and lost property promptly Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure smooth daily operation Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest Take ownership of guests' privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service Qualifications We're looking for reliable, motivated team players who bring a positive attitude and pride in their work.
Your experience and skills include: Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming Excellent organizational skills and time management A friendly, guest-focused approach aligned with the Heartist philosophy Physical fitness and enjoyment of an active, hands-on role Ability to work independently in a quick-paced workplace Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays Your work helps create a space where guests can truly relax, feel at home, and enjoy a seamless hospitality experience.
