About You: Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery Relevant experience in a restaurant/banquet kitchen Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required within a rotating roster Well presented,
