The Role Are you an agile, business-minded Legal Counsel looking to make an immediate, tangible impact at a high-growth global company?
We are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (US Qualified) to serve as a key strategic partner to our General Counsel and business leadership and join a tight knit, collaborative, globally facing team.
In this role, you will not simply review contracts—you will help steer our commercial engine, scale our corporate and operational foundations, and protect the company's interests as we expand worldwide.
The role will focus on day to day legal operations which fall into two distinct buckets: Deal oversight and support (customer commercial transactions); and Conventional legal aspects, such as Intellectual Property, data privacy, ESOP, corporate governance etc.
