Job Description
We're looking for an experienced, licensed Roof Plumber Supervisor to join a well-established plumbing company in Victoria. You'll lead the roof plumbing team on site, keep jobs on schedule and up to standard, and still be hands-on when the job calls for it.
Key responsibilities
n
Supervising and coordinating the roof plumbing crew across multiple sites
n
Installing and overseeing gutters, box gutters, downpipes, flashings, rainwater heads and sumps
n
Reading plans and specifications, then setting out work for the team
n
Making sure all work meets the Plumbing Regulations, AS/NZS ****** and site requirements
n
Running toolbox talks and enforcing protected work at heights
n
Checking quality, signing off work and liaising with site managers and builders
n
Mentoring apprentices and less experienced plumbers
About you
n




A current Victorian plumbing licence in Roofing (Stormwater) (essential)
n
Proven experience supervising or leading a roof plumbing crew
n
A strong working knowledge of stormwater and roof drainage systems
n
Construction induction (White Card) and working at heights training
n
A current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Strong communication and organisational skills
n
Elevating work platform (EWP) licence (highly regarded)
n
Experience on commercial and multi-unit residential projects
n
Experience fabricating and installing box gutters
n
$50 per hour including casual loading, plus allowances
n
Ongoing work with a reputable plumbing company
