Role Overview
n
We are seeking an experienced HCM AMS Consultant to providefunctional application support, maintenance, and continuous
improvementservices
for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. The consultant will be responsiblefor incident resolution, service request management, system
configuration,quarterly
release support, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring adherence toagreed service levels. The specific HCM modules in scope will be definedseparately.

: Core HR, absence, recruitment, learning,Talent and succession, performance and goals, Compensation, AI Studio
Key Responsibilities n
n




ProvideL2/L3 functional support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
n
Analyze,troubleshoot,
and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests withinSLA timelines.
n
Performimpact assessment, configuration changes, testing, and deployment ofapproved enhancements.
n
SupportOracle quarterly release analysis, regression testing, and
productiondeployment
activities.
n
Conductroot cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend
permanentsolutions.
n
Collaboratewith business users, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to ensureseamless service delivery.
n
Prepareoperational reports, service metrics, and governance updates.
n
Identifyopportunities
for automation, process improvements, and
serviceoptimization.
n
Participatein knowledge management activities and maintain support documentation.
n
Required Skills n
n
Strongexperience in Oracle HCM Cloud Application Support and Maintenance.
n
Goodunderstanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request
Managementprocesses.
n
Experienceworking in AMS/Managed Services environments with SLA-driven support.
n
Strongtroubleshooting,
analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experiencein testing, release management, and quarterly patch validation.
n
Excellentcommunication
and documentation skills.
