We are working with an established fire protection business with a robust reputation across the commercial sector and a growing service division.

They are looking to appoint an experienced
Fire Service Manager
to take ownership of the service operation and play a key role in its continued growth.
n
This is a hands‐on management and commercial position suited to someone who enjoys having autonomy, building client relationships and being responsible for the overall performance of a service division.
The Role n
n
Take ownership of the day-to-day service operation
n
Manage existing commercial service clients and contracts
n
Oversee service delivery, testing, defects and client requirements
n
Support and manage the existing service team
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships
n
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
n
Develop new business and bring new clients into the business
n
Improve processes and structure as the division continues to grow
n
Work closely with the wider business to ensure effective service delivery
n
Take responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of the division
n
About You n
n




Strong fire protection / commercial fire services background
n
Experience managing service operations, contracts or teams
n
Strong client management and commercial skills
n
Business development or account management experience
n
Confident identifying and securing new business
n
Strong communication and leadership skills
n
Able to work autonomously and take ownership
n
n
Previous Service Manager experience isn't essential — we're looking for someone with the fire industry knowledge, commercial mindset and leadership ability to grow a service division.
Location & Working Arrangements n
Based on the Central Coast, covering the wider region. Flexible working arrangements are available, however regular visibility with the team and clients is important.
