Job Qualifications Key qualifications for the Privacy Counsel role include: University master's degree in law (level 2 equivalence).
Proven experience with a law firm, in-house or other legal department directly handling and providing guidance directly to clients on privacy and/or cybersecurity law as applied to specific business projects, innovation needs,



and new legal requirements.
Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills, and very strong problem-solving skills, particularly for novel business and/or legal issues.
Experience designing multi-country privacy compliance and/or cybersecurity programs.
Ability to apply knowledge very practically, analyze risks and issues, and propose business-oriented solutions.
Privacy-specific qualifications or certifications are preferred.
Proven leadership as well as the ability to work as a member of a team, both with business clients and within the Legal organization.
Relentless dedication to excellence in high-quality standard of work while also being personable and caring.
Open to coaching and constructive feedback and able to adapt and apply lessons learned.
