Working alongside an experienced Property Manager, you'll gain hands-on exposure across a well-maintained residential portfolio while being supported to develop your confidence, knowledge and career.
The role: n
You will assist with the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio, including:
n
n
Supporting the Property Manager with tenant and landlord communication
n
Coordinating routine, entry and exit inspections
n
Preparing lease renewals, tenancy documents and rental applications
n
Assisting with maintenance requests, quotes and trades coordination
n
Managing arrears follow-up and general portfolio administration
n
Responding to phone and email enquiries professionally and promptly
n
Maintaining accurate records, files and database notes
n
Assisting with open-for-inspections and leasing support as required
n
About you: n




You may currently be working as an Assistant Property Manager, Leasing Consultant, Receptionist or Real Estate Administrator and are ready to develop further in property management.
You will bring: n
n
Previous real estate, property management or administration experience ideal
n
A current Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
n
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
n
Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
n
Confidence working with Microsoft Office and real estate software
n
A proactive, reliable nature and willingness to learn
n
Current Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
