About the role Our client is at a key stage of a major payments program, with peak throughput approaching and 19 clients due to migrate to a current payments platform.
They're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead those migrations and keep clients informed and confident throughout.
Key responsibilities Lead the migration of clients onto the platform through the program's peak period Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing conversations and expectations Coordinate delivery across payments processing and technical teams Be on site on the night of each migration to oversee cutover Essential skills and experience Hands-on experience with Visa and eftpos A strong background in payments processing Availability to be on site for migration nights Desirable skills and experience Confident communicating with clients and managing sensitive conversations Experience migrating clients in the payments industry
