Our client, a major clothing retail supplier, is seeking reliable and hardworking
Warehouse Pickers / Packers
for ongoing casual opportunities at their brand-recent Campbellfield site.
n
With the warehouse entering its busy period, workload is expected to increase in the lead-up to Christmas, creating opportunities for additional shifts for reliable and hardworking candidates.
n
Shift options:
6:00am–2:00pm or 10:00am–6:00pm
n
Pay rate:
$***** per hour
n
Days:
Monday to Friday
n
Shifts available:
3–5 days per week, depending on workload and operational requirements
n
Please note:
All successful candidates will initially work the 10:00am–6:00pm shift for training before moving to their allocated shift. The number of shifts offered each week will vary depending on workload, with opportunities expected to increase as the warehouse gets busier in the lead-up to Christmas.




Key Responsibilities n
Picking and packing customer orders
n
Using RF scanners to process orders accurately
n
Sorting and retagging garments
n
Meeting daily productivity targets and pick rates
n
Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
To Be Successful, You Will Need n
Previous warehouse or pick-packing experience is desirable
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
A reliable and punctual approach to work
n
The ability to meet daily KPIs and pick-rate targets
n
The physical fitness to stand for extended periods
n
Availability to work Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work 3–5 shifts per week as required
Eligibility Requirements n
