Akooramak Care of the Older Person
is looking for
Direct Care Workers-
to assist with our
Residential Service.
n
Based in Warwick, Qld, we are a community owned and operated organisation, and have been part of the local community since ****.
n
Our Residential Care Service has a variety of shifts available including Mornings, Afternoons, Night, and Weekend shifts on a rotating basis.N
n
We have shifts available in our Dementia Support Unit, Bromley Court for the right candidate.
n
During your residential shift you will:
n
Provide personal care and physical and emotional support to older people who require assistance with daily living.
n
Participate in the development and review of person centred care plans; complete charting and report any observed changes to the Registered Nurse.
n
Support and assist in the provision of a comfortable, safe and secure environment for everyone;
n
Undertake and complete tasks as delegated by the Registered Nurses
n
You will bring:

What we need from you
n
Your experience and qualifications for this role should include:
n
n
Certificate III or IV inIndividual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate III in Aged Care- or working towards;
n
Current National Police Check or the ability to obtain.
