Develop and implement strategies to enhance participant services and satisfaction.

Lead and manage the Participant Services team, providing guidance and support.

Collaborate with other departments to improve service offerings and participant engagement.

Analyse participant feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.

Prepare and present reports on service performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
