Role accountabilities:
n
n
n
Providing Technical advice for all aspects of civil design including bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage, construction staging, constructability, and interfaces with other disciplines.
n
n
Develop technical and feasibility studies and development of drawings that satisfy technical specifications.
n
n
Design coordination for selected projects or components of projects, collaborating with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design.
n
n
Managing effective stakeholder relationships,



both internally and externally
n
n
Providing direction to the project team and promoting awareness of technical and commercial risk assessments and mitigation and best value design options.
n
n
Working with junior engineers, designers and drafters and guiding them in delivery and their professional development.
n
Qualifications & Experience: n
n
n
Extensive civil engineering experience delivering resource and infrastructure projects.
n
n
Demonstrated technical acumen with proven experience of managing and delivering design solutions.
n
n
Record of accomplishment in effective cross-discipline project delivery and an effective collaborator with all key engineering disciplines
n
n
A collaborative approach and appreciation of the value of teamwork.
n
n
A passion for continuous improvement, quality and improving service for our clients.
n
n
High attention to detail, good analytical and communication skills.
n
n
