We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Food & Beverage Supervisor
to join our team at
Lavarack Barracks
. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high operational standards.
THE POSITION n
• Lead and support front-of-house team members during daily operations
n • Supervise food and beverage service across dining facilities and hospitality functions
n • Coordinate meal services and special event requirements
n • Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
n • Ensure high standards of customer service and presentation
n • Assist with staff training, coaching and development
n • Support rostering and daily operational requirements
n • Promote a positive and professional team culture
THE PERSON n
• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader or similar hospitality role
n • Strong people management,



coaching and development skills
n • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
n • Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP and allergen management
n • Experience with rostering, workforce planning and daily operations
n • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
n • Hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain one.
n • Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence Baseline Clearance
