In practice this looks like:
Leading a portfolio of complex, high-value and high-profile integrated campaigns from sale through to close
Turning sold ideas into clear project plans, critical paths, trackers, ownership maps and approval pathways
Acting as the central point of campaign execution across broadcast audio, digital, social, podcasts, creators, talent, video, content, events, legal, compliance and reporting
Running campaign Exchanges, kick-offs and WIPs that clarify scope, responsibilities, decisions and next steps
Actively progressing work between meetings by managing dependencies, approvals, blockers and quality checks
Protecting scope, quality and commercial outcomes by assessing changes, communicating trade-offs and escalating material risks with a recommended way forward
Mentoring Project Managers and specialists,



providing quality assurance and acting as an escalation point before leadership intervention is required

Skills that help you succeed in this role:
At least four years' experience leading integrated, cross‐channel campaigns or similarly complex projects, ideally within media, advertising, content, entertainment or an agency
Strong project‐management capability across scope, critical paths, timelines, governance, risks, dependencies, approvals, change and stakeholder communication




Demonstrated experience delivering large‐scale, high‐value, bespoke or strategically important work involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
Commercial judgement, confident client and senior‐stakeholder communication, and the ability to influence and constructively push back without formal authority
Exceptional organisation and attention to detail, with the resilience, autonomy and proactive approach to move between strategic oversight and hands‐on delivery
