Managing allocated jobs and competing priorities.
Researching technical matters and identifying practical solutions, seeking guidance where appropriate.
Working closely with the Director and collaboratively with the team on technical matters and day-to-day certification work.
Maintaining accurate records and progressing jobs in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
Final certification authority will initially remain with the Director. Subject to registration and agreed arrangements, there may be opportunities to exercise independent certification authority as you become established in the role.
About You
You have relevant building surveying or private certification experience and can confidently undertake both inspections and assessments.
