Position
Join our dynamic health club team as a
Health Club Coordinator
at
Gympie Aquatic Recreation Centre
and play a pivotal role in enhancing member satisfaction and retention. We are seeking a motivated individual to take on this
full time role
and oversee engaging fitness programs and encourage a vibrant and welcoming workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a thriving gym program to foster customer satisfaction.
Manage Health Club budget and instructor timetables.
Increase Health Club visits through exciting activities and monthly strategies.
Oversee health consultations and staff training for effective operations.
Compile and analyse weekly personal trainers' utilisation statistics.
About You
Certificate III and IV in Fitness and relevant experience.
Current First Aid and CPR certificates, plus a Working with Children Check.
A Bachelor of Exercise Science is desirable.
Essential
You must have qualifications to deliver group fitness classes including Aqua
