Commis Chef.
Join us and bring your culinary expertise to a kitchen where tradition meets innovation!
In this role you will be responsible for:
Assisting with food preparation, cooking, and basic culinary tasks in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment while complying with food safety and sanitation requirements.
Supporting stock control activities, including receiving, storing, and rotating kitchen supplies to minimise waste.
Working collaboratively with chefs and team members to ensure effective kitchen operations and timely service delivery.
Participating in training and development opportunities while adapting to operational needs and assisting with a variety of kitchen duties.
To be successful in this role you must have:
A passion for food preparation and a willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
Knowledge of,



or the ability to learn, food safety, hygiene, and safe food handling practices.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail when preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, and managing stock.
A positive attitude, flexibility, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality food and service standards.
